Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented WFH Google Billing Coordinator with an administrative focus to join our remote team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of Google’s billing operations, working closely with various internal teams and external vendors. You will be responsible for managing billing cycles, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining precise financial records. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee daily billing operations for various Google products and services.
  • Process invoices, credit notes, and adjustments accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile billing data with financial records, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Finance, Legal) and external clients regarding billing inquiries.
  • Prepare and distribute regular billing reports and summaries.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and audit requirements.
  • Assist in the continuous improvement of billing processes and systems.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a similar administrative financial role.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar) or Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both written and verbal.
  • Problem-solving aptitude with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with large-scale billing systems or ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reconciliation.
  • Familiarity with Google's product ecosystem and internal tools.
  • Prior experience in a remote work setup.
