Job Description
Join our dedicated team at Morrisons in Harrogate as a Shelf Replenisher for evening shifts. This vital role ensures our store is well-stocked, tidy, and ready for our customers each morning. You will be responsible for moving stock from the warehouse to the shop floor, accurately placing products on shelves, checking dates, and maintaining a clean and safe shopping environment. If you’re a night owl with an eye for detail and enjoy physical work, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Unloading and organising deliveries in the stockroom.
- Accurately replenishing shelves and displays with new products.
- Ensuring correct product placement and rotation (FIFO).
- Checking product dates and removing expired or damaged items.
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe working and shopping environment.
- Assisting with stock counts and inventory management as required.
- Operating equipment such as pallet trucks safely (training provided).
Required Skills
- Ability to work evening shifts consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good physical stamina, capable of lifting and moving stock.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of health and safety procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail or warehouse environment.
- Familiarity with stock rotation and merchandising principles.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
