Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious High-Reach Window Cleaner to join our dedicated team in Arvada, CO. This specialist role involves performing professional window cleaning services for commercial and high-rise buildings, utilizing advanced equipment and techniques to ensure immaculate results and client satisfaction. You will be an essential part of maintaining the aesthetic appeal and structural integrity of our clients’ properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently clean windows on commercial and high-rise buildings using specialized equipment (e.g., purified water systems, aerial work platforms, rope access).
• Inspect windows, frames, and building exteriors for damage or defects before and after cleaning, reporting any issues promptly.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, industry regulations, and company guidelines, including proper harness usage and fall protection.
• Maintain, inspect, and properly store all cleaning equipment, tools, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, building management, and team members.
• Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment as needed.
• Adapt to various weather conditions and work environments while prioritizing safety and quality.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in high-reach window cleaning or related access techniques (e.g., scaffold, aerial lift, rope descent systems).
• Strong understanding of safety procedures, fall protection, and equipment operation in high-elevation work.
• Ability to work comfortably and safely at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Physical stamina, strength, and dexterity to perform demanding tasks.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in rope access (e.g., IRATA, SPRAT) or aerial lift operation.
• Experience with advanced window cleaning technologies such as water-fed poles, specialized detergents, and pressure washing.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification.
• First Aid/CPR certification.
• Previous experience in a commercial cleaning or facilities management environment.
• Knowledge of various glass types and appropriate cleaning methods.
