Job Description

Join Nordstrom as a Shop Host and become the welcoming face of our premium fashion environment in New Port Richey. This role is crucial in creating an inviting and luxurious atmosphere for our customers from the moment they step into our store. You will be responsible for providing initial assistance, guiding guests, and ensuring our sales floor reflects the high standards of the Nordstrom brand. Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome all customers upon their arrival, offering initial assistance and guidance.
  • Maintain a pristine and organized store entrance and common areas, reflecting Nordstrom's premium standards.
  • Act as a first point of contact for customer inquiries, directing them to appropriate departments or sales associates.
  • Assist with basic store operations, such as tidying displays, managing fitting room flow, and ensuring promotional materials are presentable.
  • Develop a foundational understanding of current fashion trends and store offerings to better assist customers.
  • Collaborate effectively with sales associates and management to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Proactively identify and address customer needs to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Represent the Nordstrom brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times.
