Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Mobile Hand-Wash Pro to join our team of professional detailers. This role is crucial for delivering Topaz Detailing’s exceptional standards directly to our clients across London, primarily focusing on the Canary Wharf area. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a passion for automotive care. You will be responsible for providing top-tier hand washing and basic detailing services for luxury and high-performance vehicles, ensuring every car leaves a lasting impression of perfection. This position requires someone who is reliable, customer-focused, and capable of working independently while adhering to strict quality guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-quality exterior hand washing and drying services using premium products and techniques.
- Perform basic interior cleaning, including vacuuming, dashboard wiping, and window cleaning.
- Inspect vehicles thoroughly before and after service to ensure all client specifications and quality standards are met.
- Manage and maintain inventory of detailing supplies and equipment within the mobile unit.
- Operate and maintain specialized detailing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Interact professionally with clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing any specific requests.
- Adhere to company safety protocols and environmental guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment within the mobile detailing unit.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in automotive detailing or professional car washing.
- Excellent attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work.
- Strong understanding of various cleaning products and their appropriate use on different vehicle surfaces.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Valid UK driving license with a clean record.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring standing, bending, and lifting.
