Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and empathetic individuals to join our team as a Google Customer Interaction Specialist. This is a unique opportunity to provide exceptional support to Google users exclusively through chat and email channels. You will be the primary point of contact for resolving user queries, providing product information, and troubleshooting issues, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. This role focuses purely on solo chat and email interaction, with no phone calls involved.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate and complete information regarding Google products and services.
- Troubleshoot common user issues and guide customers through resolution steps.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and meet service quality standards.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, service changes, and company policies.
Required Skills
- Excellent written communication and grammar skills in English.
- Proficient typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat/email conversations simultaneously.
- Comfortable using various computer systems and applications.
