Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented WFH Concentrix Logistics Clerk with a Global Supply Chain focus to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, 100% remote position where you will play a crucial role in supporting our global logistics operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods and information across our extensive network. You will be responsible for various administrative and coordination tasks, contributing to the efficiency and accuracy of our supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage logistics documentation, including bills of lading, customs forms, and shipping manifests.
- Track and monitor shipments, providing updates to relevant stakeholders on status and potential delays.
- Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely and efficient movement of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and supply chain activities in our systems.
- Respond to inquiries regarding shipment status, delivery schedules, and logistics procedures.
- Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues that arise during the shipping and receiving process.
- Generate reports on logistics performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the global supply chain operations.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or Transportation Management System (TMS).
- Associate's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in a global logistics environment.
- Familiarity with international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
