Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and highly professional Chauffeur to provide safe, reliable, and comfortable transportation services for our executive guests and VIPs. This is a full-time position with an attractive 4-day work week schedule, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. The successful candidate will be a meticulous driver with an impeccable service-oriented attitude, ensuring every journey is smooth, punctual, and discreet. You will be responsible for maintaining the vehicle to the highest standards of cleanliness and operational readiness, and for upholding the prestige and reputation of The Westin Huntsville.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport executives, VIPs, and guests to and from various destinations.
- Adhere strictly to schedules and itineraries, ensuring punctuality for all appointments.
- Maintain the assigned vehicle in pristine condition, including regular cleaning and basic maintenance checks.
- Plan optimal routes using GPS and real-time traffic updates to avoid delays.
- Assist passengers with luggage and ensure their comfort and safety at all times.
- Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality regarding passenger information and discussions.
- Comply with all traffic laws and regulations.
- Report any vehicle malfunctions, accidents, or incidents promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service with a professional demeanor at all times.
Required Skills
- Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional chauffeur experience.
- Excellent knowledge of Huntsville and surrounding Alabama areas.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
