Job Description
Concentrix is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Liaison to provide exceptional written support to our clients’ customers. This is a fully remote position where you will be responsible for resolving inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing information exclusively through digital channels such as email, chat, and support tickets. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written communication skills, a strong ability to empathize with customers, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service without direct phone interaction. Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and ticketing systems.
- Accurately diagnose and resolve customer issues by providing clear, concise, and comprehensive written solutions.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through empathetic and effective communication.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions thoroughly in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Adhere to company guidelines and service level agreements (SLAs) for response times and quality.
- Continuously improve knowledge of products/services to provide accurate information.
