Job Description
Join Hyatt Hotels Corporation as a Mystery Shopping Specialist and play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of service excellence across our properties in Waikiki. As a Mystery Shopping Specialist, you will covertly evaluate various aspects of our guest experience, from check-in to dining, spa services, and overall facility cleanliness. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct discreet and objective evaluations of assigned Hyatt properties, services, and amenities in Waikiki, following specific scenarios and guidelines.
- Interact with staff, observe service procedures, and assess overall guest experience without revealing your identity as a mystery shopper.
- Accurately document observations, interactions, and experiences in detailed written reports within specified deadlines.
- Provide constructive and objective feedback on service quality, staff professionalism, adherence to brand standards, and facility conditions.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding assignments and findings.
- Adhere to all ethical guidelines and instructions provided during training.
