Job Description
Are you passionate about travel and helping others explore the world? Teleperformance is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Travel Consultants. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers planning their dream vacations, business trips, or managing existing reservations. Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services.
- Provide expert advice on destinations, travel products, and visa requirements.
- Manage and modify existing travel bookings, including cancellations, changes, and upgrades.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Stay informed about current travel regulations, restrictions, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service level agreements and customer experience goals.
- Utilize various travel booking systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite, internet browsers).
- High-speed internet connection and a quiet home office setup.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role (6+ months).
