Job Description
Are you ready for a summer full of excitement and energy? AEG Presents is seeking enthusiastic and organized individuals to join our team as Festival Wristband / Accreditation Staff for various events in and around Casper, Wyoming. This temporary role is perfect for those looking for short-term, impactful work during the festival season. You will be the first point of contact for many attendees, ensuring a smooth and positive entry experience. Key Responsibilities
- Verify attendee tickets and credentials with accuracy and efficiency.
- Distribute wristbands and accreditation passes to authorized individuals.
- Provide clear and friendly instructions to attendees regarding festival entry and policies.
- Manage queues and direct traffic flow to maintain an organized entry process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve entry-related issues with a calm and professional demeanor.
- Maintain a secure and orderly accreditation area.
- Collaborate with security and event staff to ensure a safe environment.
- Assist with setup and breakdown of accreditation stations as needed.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
