Job Description

We are seeking an exceptionally reliable and highly skilled Luxury Armored Car Driver with a strong focus on high-security operations. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the safe and secure transportation of high-value assets, including precious metals, rare art, high-end electronics, and other valuable cargo, using state-of-the-art armored vehicles. This position demands acute situational awareness, unwavering adherence to stringent security protocols, and the utmost professionalism. You will operate within a highly coordinated security team, ensuring precision and safety from pick-up to delivery across designated routes.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate luxury armored vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
• Transport high-value cargo and personnel securely to designated locations.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and specialized equipment.
• Maintain constant vigilance and acute situational awareness to detect and mitigate potential security threats.
• Implement and strictly follow all high-security protocols and procedures for asset protection.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with dispatch, security personnel, and clients.
• Complete accurate logs, reports, and documentation for all transport activities.
• Respond to emergency situations with calm and professional judgment, following established protocols.
• Ensure the cleanliness, operational readiness, and minor maintenance of the assigned vehicle.

Required Skills

• Valid Class C (or equivalent) driver's license with an impeccable driving record.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience, preferably in security or high-value transport.
• Proven ability to safely and competently operate large, specialized vehicles.
• Exceptional situational awareness, observation, and threat assessment skills.
• Strong understanding of security principles and risk management.
• Ability to follow strict protocols and procedures precisely under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Physical ability to perform duties, including lifting, prolonged sitting/driving, and occasional physical exertion.
• Successful completion of a comprehensive background check and rigorous drug screening.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in military, law enforcement, or private executive security operations.
• Advanced defensive driving or evasive driving certifications.
• Experience with GPS tracking and sophisticated communication systems.
• Familiarity with luxury vehicle operations, features, and basic maintenance.
• Firearms proficiency and relevant state permits (if applicable to company policy and role).
