Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented WFH Google Secretary to support our teams. This unique role focuses exclusively on written communication and administrative tasks, with absolutely no phone calls required. You will be instrumental in managing schedules, organizing digital files, preparing documents, and facilitating seamless operations, all while utilizing Google Workspace extensively. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to a global enterprise from the comfort of your home office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and appointments via Google Calendar.
- Draft, edit, and proofread internal communications, reports, presentations, and other documents using Google Docs and Slides.
- Organize and maintain digital filing systems within Google Drive, ensuring easy accessibility and proper version control.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and distribute action items post-meeting.
- Assist with data entry, spreadsheet management, and basic analysis using Google Sheets.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports as needed (non-phone based booking/reconciliation).
- Support project management tasks and follow-ups through written communication and task management tools.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Required Skills
- Expert proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Drive, Gmail).
- Exceptional written communication and grammatical skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a remote environment.
