Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and identify high-quality candidates using various recruitment channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and our internal database.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews to assess skills, experience, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and guide them through the interview process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive and supportive experience.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Manage and maintain accurate candidate data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment.
- Actively participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance recruitment skills.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related sales/customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage a high-volume pipeline effectively.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing tools.
- A strong understanding of different industry sectors and job markets.
- High level of self-motivation and a results-driven mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with remote recruitment practices and virtual interviewing.
- Established network of professional contacts.
- Familiarity with Australian employment laws and regulations.
