Job Description
Are you a budding product enthusiast with a passion for artificial intelligence and SaaS technologies? Adobe is seeking a highly motivated Junior Product Manager to join our innovative team in San Jose, CA. In this role, you will contribute to the development and enhancement of AI-powered SaaS products, working closely with engineering, design, and sales teams. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the definition, design, and delivery of new features and products within Adobe's AI/SaaS portfolio.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and market opportunities.
- Gather and analyze product requirements from various stakeholders, translating them into clear user stories and product specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Monitor product performance and user feedback, contributing to data-driven decisions for product iterations.
- Support product launches by assisting with documentation, training materials, and go-to-market strategies.
- Act as an internal advocate for the product, communicating its value and features to internal teams.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of product management principles and methodologies.
- Familiarity with AI/Machine Learning concepts and SaaS business models.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Proficiency in creating clear and concise product documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous internship or project experience in product management, software development, or a related tech role.
- Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Basic knowledge of UX/UI principles.
- A portfolio showcasing personal projects or contributions related to AI or SaaS.
- Experience with product analytics tools.
