Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently load and unload packages from trucks and trailers, utilizing manual and mechanical equipment as required.
- Sort and stage packages according to destination or other specified criteria.
- Operate package handling equipment safely and responsibly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area within the loading bay.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and deadlines.
- Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.
Required Skills
- Ability to consistently lift packages weighing up to 70 lbs (32 kg) independently.
- Physical stamina and endurance for repetitive tasks and prolonged standing/walking.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate package handling.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to safety procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or physically demanding role.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic understanding of logistics operations.
