Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional VIP Lounge Host to join our prestigious team at the Four Seasons Hotel Toronto in Yorkville. This role is perfect for individuals with a passion for luxury service, an eye for detail, and the ability to create an exclusive and comfortable atmosphere for our high-profile guests during various high-end events. As a VIP Lounge Host, you will be the face of our most exclusive offerings, ensuring every guest experience is seamless, personalized, and unforgettable. This part-time position offers top hourly rates for dedicated professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome VIP guests to exclusive lounges and event areas.
  • Manage guest check-ins, registrations, and seating arrangements with utmost discretion and efficiency.
  • Anticipate and respond to guest needs and requests promptly, professionally, and proactively.
  • Provide information about event schedules, amenities, and hotel services.
  • Ensure the lounge environment is consistently immaculate, well-stocked, and perfectly presented.
  • Coordinate with catering, security, and event management teams to ensure smooth event flow.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with grace and diplomacy.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding VIP guests and event details.
  • Assist with light setup and breakdown of lounge areas as needed.
