Job Description

Vasa Fitness is seeking enthusiastic and observant individuals to join our team as a Gym & Wellness Mystery Shopper. In this unique part-time role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our members consistently receive an exceptional experience by evaluating various aspects of our facilities and services in West Valley City, UT. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct discreet visits to designated Vasa Fitness locations in West Valley City, UT as a regular member.
- Evaluate cleanliness, equipment maintenance, staff friendliness, responsiveness, and overall atmosphere.
- Observe and assess the effectiveness of our sales process, class offerings, and customer service interactions.
- Provide detailed, objective, and constructive feedback on specific criteria through structured reports.
- Adhere strictly to assigned scenarios and evaluation guidelines.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all observations and findings.
- Submit timely and accurate reports following each assigned visit.
