Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Google Virtual Support Agent. This is a 100% remote position focused exclusively on providing support through text and email channels for Google products and services. You will be the primary point of contact for users, resolving inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive user experience without any voice interaction. This role is ideal for those who excel in written communication and problem-solving within a digital environment, offering the flexibility of working from your home office in Leith, Edinburgh.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality text-based and email support to Google users.
  • Respond to user inquiries promptly and accurately, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve common technical issues related to Google products and services.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
  • Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and support procedures for Google's evolving ecosystem.
