Job Description
Are you passionate about artificial intelligence and the future of interactive entertainment? Unity Technologies is seeking a Junior AI Model Trainer to join our innovative team. In this 100% remote role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the intelligence and behavior of Non-Player Characters (NPCs) within virtual environments and games. This is an entry-level opportunity for individuals eager to contribute to cutting-edge AI development, providing essential feedback and data to refine our AI models. You will work closely with AI engineers and designers to ensure our NPCs are realistic, engaging, and challenging.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and provide detailed feedback on AI model outputs, specifically focusing on NPC behaviors and interactions.
- Perform extensive testing of AI-driven NPCs in various simulated environments and game scenarios.
- Annotate data sets to improve the accuracy and relevance of AI training data.
- Identify patterns and inconsistencies in AI performance and report findings to the development team.
- Collaborate with AI researchers and developers to understand project goals and contribute to solution-oriented discussions.
- Contribute to the creation of new test cases and scenarios for AI model evaluation.
- Maintain clear and concise documentation of testing procedures and results.
