Job Description

In this role, you will be a crucial part of our operation, ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently packed and ready for shipment. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and label customer orders for shipment, ensuring products are handled with care.
- Operate various types of equipment, including pallet jacks and hand trucks, safely and efficiently (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Perform quality checks on all outgoing packages to prevent errors.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and operational procedures.
- Be comfortable with repetitive tasks and lifting up to 49 pounds.
Required Skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift, push, pull, and carry objects up to 49 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Basic computer navigation skills for scanning and labeling tasks.
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics setting.
- Experience operating powered industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts or reach trucks (certification a plus).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
