Job Description
Are you passionate about food, impeccable service, and discreet observation? The Atlas Restaurant Group is seeking enthusiastic and discerning individuals to join our team as Restaurant Mystery Guests. This unique part-time role allows you to enjoy complimentary meals at our various establishments while providing invaluable feedback on service quality, food presentation, ambiance, and overall guest experience. Your insights will directly contribute to upholding our reputation for excellence. This is an opportunity to dine, observe, and influence the quality of Baltimore’s leading restaurant scene.
Key Responsibilities
- Dine at assigned Atlas Restaurant Group establishments as a regular patron, without revealing your identity.
- Carefully observe and evaluate various aspects of the dining experience, including greeting, seating, service attentiveness, menu knowledge, food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere.
- Complete detailed and objective evaluation reports immediately after each visit, providing constructive feedback and specific examples.
- Adhere strictly to evaluation guidelines and parameters provided by management.
- Maintain complete confidentiality regarding your role and observations.
- Communicate effectively with our quality assurance team regarding any questions or concerns.

- Exceptional attention to detail and strong observational skills.
- Excellent written communication skills for comprehensive report generation.
- Ability to remain discreet and act naturally in a restaurant environment.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Objectivity and fairness in evaluating experiences.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry, food service, or customer service.
- Prior experience as a mystery shopper or quality auditor.
