Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Netflix Platform Evaluator to join our remote team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive UI/UX feedback on various aspects of the Netflix platform, including its interface, content presentation, search functionality, and overall user journey. Your insights will directly contribute to enhancing the usability, accessibility, and enjoyment of our service for millions of users worldwide. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to make a significant impact from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough evaluations of the Netflix platform across multiple devices (web, mobile, TV apps).
- Identify and document UI inconsistencies, bugs, and areas for improvement in user experience.
- Provide constructive, actionable feedback on design elements, navigation flows, and content discovery.
- Participate in user testing sessions and usability studies, articulating observations clearly.
- Report findings through structured reports and presentations.
- Stay updated on industry best practices in UI/UX and streaming technology.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to communicate feedback effectively.
Required Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and observational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to articulate complex UI/UX issues clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency with various streaming devices and platforms.
- Basic understanding of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) principles.

- Previous experience in UI/UX testing, quality assurance, or user research.
- Familiarity with Netflix's product offerings and user interface.
