Job Description
We are seeking an impeccably presented and highly skilled Luxury Spa Concierge to join our prestigious team at the Hilton Peterborough. You will be the first point of contact for our spa guests, ensuring their journey from arrival to departure is seamless, luxurious, and truly unforgettable. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet all spa guests, providing a personalized and professional welcome.
- Manage all spa bookings, appointments, and inquiries efficiently and accurately.
- Process payments and maintain precise records using our spa management software.
- Provide comprehensive information on all spa services, treatments, and membership options.
- Conduct professional tours of the spa facilities, highlighting key features and amenities.
- Anticipate and address guest needs and preferences, ensuring a truly bespoke experience.
- Maintain the cleanliness and pristine presentation of the spa reception area and lounge.
- Proactively recommend and upsell spa products and services where appropriate.
- Collaborate with therapists and spa management to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and discretion.
Required Skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
