Job Description
Circles is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Personal Concierge specializing in Errand Running & Lifestyle services to join our team in Indianapolis. This role is perfect for someone passionate about providing exceptional personalized support, managing diverse tasks, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will be responsible for a wide range of personal and professional errands, helping our clients reclaim their valuable time and enjoy a seamless lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute a wide variety of personal and professional errands, including but not limited to grocery shopping, dry cleaning, postal services, gift purchasing, and event ticket acquisition.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, reservations, and services (e.g., home maintenance, car servicing, pet care).
- Research and recommend local services, vendors, and activities tailored to client preferences.
- Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Handle administrative tasks such as bill payment, basic document organization, and correspondence.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in all client interactions and information.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and anticipating future requests.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client experience and streamline processes.
- Manage a flexible schedule to accommodate client requests, which may include evenings or weekends.
- Utilize technology and internal systems for tracking requests, managing calendars, and communicating updates.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service, hospitality, or administrative support role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
- Proficiency in using productivity tools and applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Deep familiarity with the Indianapolis area and its services.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a personal assistant, concierge, or lifestyle manager.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Experience with CRM software or dedicated concierge platforms.
