Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pass food orders to customers at the drive-thru window.
- Verify order contents against receipts to ensure accuracy before handing out.
- Process payments quickly and accurately (cash and credit card).
- Maintain a clean and organized drive-thru window area and workstation.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service with every interaction.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
