Job Description
Are you passionate about helping young people and creating a positive online environment? Brainly is seeking empathetic and skilled individuals for our Online Chat Support team, specifically focusing on interactions with 14-year-old teens. This is a unique, fully remote opportunity where all communication is conducted via chat – no phone calls required! You will be the first point of contact for our younger users, providing guidance, resolving queries, and ensuring they have a safe and constructive experience on our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with 14-year-old users through our online chat platform, providing friendly and effective support.
- Address user inquiries related to platform usage, features, and content guidelines.
- Provide clear, concise, and age-appropriate responses to ensure understanding.
- Monitor chat interactions to ensure adherence to Brainly's community standards and safety policies.
- Identify and escalate complex technical issues or sensitive user concerns to appropriate teams.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive online atmosphere for all users.
- Document interactions and feedback accurately to help improve service quality.
- Stay informed about platform updates, new features, and changes in content policies.

- Exceptional written communication skills with impeccable grammar and spelling.
- Strong empathy and patience, especially when interacting with young users.
