Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models and AI algorithms.
  • Conduct extensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights from diverse datasets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and product managers, to define problem statements, data requirements, and solution architecture.
  • Optimize and fine-tune AI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency in production environments.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science research, and evaluate their applicability to our business challenges.
  • Present findings, insights, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the team's knowledge sharing initiatives and best practices.

Required Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Python and relevant ML/AI libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy).
  • Solid understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering), and deep learning architectures (e.g., CNNs, RNNs, Transformers).
  • Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Apache Spark, Hadoop) and distributed computing frameworks.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation, extraction, and database interaction.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills with a proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data science or a related AI/ML role.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
