Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Fabric Care Assistant to join our team, specializing in fine textiles. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals passionate about quality and meticulous work, as comprehensive training will be provided. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that every item entrusted to us receives the highest standard of care, from initial inspection to final packaging. Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and tag incoming garments and textiles, noting any pre-existing conditions or special care instructions.
  • Sort items based on fabric type, color, cleaning method, and customer requirements.
  • Operate and maintain specialized cleaning, pressing, and finishing equipment under supervision.
  • Perform delicate hand-cleaning, spot treatment, and minor repairs on fine and delicate fabrics.
  • Conduct thorough quality control checks on all cleaned and finished items to ensure perfection.
  • Organize and prepare finished items for packaging and dispatch.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and environmental standards.
  • Continuously learn and apply new techniques and best practices in luxury textile care.
