Job Description
Are you detail-oriented with a keen eye for customer service and quality? BestMark is seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Mystery Shopping Specialists in Milwaukee. This is an excellent opportunity to earn a high hourly rate while contributing to improved customer experiences for various businesses. No prior experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success. You will visit designated businesses, evaluate their service, products, and environment, and provide objective, factual feedback through detailed reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assigned mystery shopping visits to various businesses in the Milwaukee area.
- Observe and evaluate customer service, product quality, store cleanliness, and employee adherence to brand standards.
- Interact with staff as a typical customer, following specific scenarios or guidelines.
- Complete detailed and objective reports online within specified deadlines, providing accurate observations and feedback.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all assignments and collected information.
- Adhere to all project guidelines and company policies.
