Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Process a variety of customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and check cashing.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and identifying opportunities to assist customers with additional banking products and services.
  • Maintain a balanced cash drawer and adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Educate customers on available self-service options and digital banking tools.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure branch operational efficiency and a positive customer experience.
  • Actively participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
  • Adhere to security procedures and maintain confidentiality of customer information.
