Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Package Handlers at our Leicester facility. This is an entry-level, part-time position, perfect for those looking to start a career in logistics with no prior experience required. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient sorting, scanning, and loading of packages, ensuring they are ready for timely delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload packages from company vehicles, conveyors, and sortation equipment.
- Scan packages accurately using handheld devices and ensure proper labeling.
- Sort packages into designated areas based on delivery routes and destination.
- Inspect packages for damage and report any discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily targets.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) regularly.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Basic communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (not required for entry-level).
