Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented WFH AI Support Representative to join our growing team. This is a 100% remote position focused on providing outstanding support to users of our AI products through text-based channels, primarily email and chat. You will be responsible for resolving inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing clear, concise, and helpful information to enhance the user experience. This role does not involve phone support, making it ideal for individuals who excel in written communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and support requests via email and chat, providing timely and accurate solutions.
  • Troubleshoot common issues related to AI product functionality and user interaction.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering professional and empathetic support.
  • Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Contribute to the improvement of support processes and knowledge base articles.
  • Stay up-to-date with new AI product features and updates to provide informed support.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and spelling.
  • Proficiency in using digital communication tools (email, chat platforms).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer literacy and comfort with navigating various software applications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service or support role, especially text-based.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies or chatbots.
  • Experience working in a remote team setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
