Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Call Transcriber with a focus on Lead Management to join our remote team. This is a critical role responsible for accurately transcribing sales calls, identifying key lead-related information, and ensuring this data is meticulously recorded to support our sales and lead nurturing efforts. You will play a vital role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales pipeline by providing accurate and timely insights from customer interactions. This position is 100% remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere within the specified region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately transcribe sales calls, webinars, and other sales-related audio content into text format.
  • Listen attentively to identify and extract key information regarding customer needs, pain points, project timelines, budget considerations, and decision-makers.
  • Categorize and tag transcribed data with relevant lead management attributes to facilitate CRM updates and sales follow-up.
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of lead data by cross-referencing information and correcting discrepancies.
  • Support the sales and marketing teams by providing clear, concise, and actionable summaries of call content.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all transcribed information.
  • Meet daily transcription quotas and quality standards.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional listening skills and high typing speed with accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify critical information.
  • Proficiency with transcription software and tools.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes, terminology, and lead generation concepts.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in transcription, data entry, or a similar administrative role.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Oracle CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Experience in a sales support or customer service environment.
  • A certificate or associate's degree in a relevant field.
