Job Description
As a Think Tank Associate at Accenture, you will be at the forefront of strategic research and analysis, contributing to high-impact projects that shape future business and societal landscapes. This role involves deep dives into emerging trends, policy analysis, market dynamics, and technological advancements to provide insightful recommendations for our clients and internal thought leadership initiatives. You will work within a dynamic team, leveraging diverse methodologies to solve complex problems and communicate findings effectively to various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on economic, social, technological, and policy trends relevant to client projects and strategic initiatives.
- Develop detailed reports, white papers, presentations, and other communication materials to articulate research findings and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with senior consultants, subject matter experts, and clients to refine research questions and ensure the relevance and applicability of insights.
- Contribute to the design and execution of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, including surveys, interviews, and statistical analysis.
- Monitor global developments and innovations to identify potential impacts and opportunities for Accenture and its clients.
- Participate in client meetings and workshops to present findings and facilitate strategic discussions.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to conduct rigorous research and synthesize complex information.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining complex ideas clearly.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, R, Python, SAS) and presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, project-oriented environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Political Science, International Relations, Business, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or PhD in a relevant discipline.
- Experience with strategic consulting, public policy, or academic research.
- Familiarity with foresight methodologies and scenario planning.
- Demonstrated interest in emerging technologies or specific industry sectors (e.g., healthcare, finance, public service).
