Job Description
Join FedEx as a Warehouse Associate in Allentown, PA! We are looking for dedicated individuals to become an integral part of our distribution team. This is an entry-level position and no prior experience is required, as we provide comprehensive, full training to all new hires. Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently by hand or with equipment.

- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment after receiving proper training.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Assist with inventory management and quality control checks as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs regularly, and up to 75 lbs occasionally.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Basic communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience in a physical labor role (e.g., construction, landscaping) is a plus but not required.
- Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures and conditions.
