Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process a high volume of cash, check, and debit transactions for bank customers.
- Handle deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, and other routine banking tasks.
- Verify signatures, inspect checks for proper endorsements, and confirm accuracy of transaction details.
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer, balancing it at the end of each shift.
- Identify and report suspicious transactions to prevent fraud and financial crime.
- Educate customers on various bank products and services, making appropriate referrals to other banking specialists.
- Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service, building positive relationships.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to handle high volumes of cash and financial transactions with accuracy.
