Job Description
Are you a recent graduate with a passion for public policy and a keen interest in business operations? Deloitte is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Policy Project Support – Entry Level Business focus. In this hybrid role based in Springfield, Illinois, you will play a crucial part in supporting various policy-related projects, contributing to research, analysis, and the operational execution of policy initiatives that impact our clients and the broader business landscape. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level professional to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic consulting environment, working alongside experienced professionals on impactful projects. You will develop a strong understanding of policy development, project management methodologies, and client engagement within a professional services context.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the research and analysis of public policies, regulations, and industry trends relevant to client projects.
- Support project managers in the coordination and tracking of policy-related deliverables and timelines.
- Prepare summaries, presentations, and reports to communicate policy findings and project progress to internal and external stakeholders.
- Organize and maintain project documentation, including research materials, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights necessary for policy analysis and project execution.
- Contribute to the development of business cases and strategic recommendations based on policy implications.
- Participate in client meetings and workshops, taking notes and assisting with follow-up actions.
- Learn and apply Deloitte's project management methodologies and quality standards.
