Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled craftspeople (e.g., electricians, pipefitters, mechanics) with various tasks.
- Perform general labor duties, including heavy lifting, digging, cleaning, and material handling.
- Help with the maintenance and repair of equipment, machinery, and facilities.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols rigorously.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Support construction and decommissioning activities as required.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform strenuous physical labor, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), bending, stooping, and climbing.
- Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude.

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and environments.
- Reliable transportation to and from the work site.
Preferred Qualifications
