Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to a key senior executive within Fulton Financial Corporation. This pivotal role requires an individual with exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to anticipate needs and manage complex schedules. The ideal candidate will be a trusted partner, ensuring the executive’s professional and personal affairs are handled with the utmost efficiency and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements (domestic and international).
- Act as a primary point of contact and gatekeeper for the executive, handling correspondence and communications.
- Organize and maintain records, documents, and files with strict confidentiality.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
- Coordinate personal errands, appointments, and household management tasks as requested.
- Assist with event planning and coordination, both professional and personal.
- Process expenses, invoices, and other financial documentation.
- Liaise with internal departments and external contacts on behalf of the executive.
- Proactively identify and address potential conflicts or issues before they arise.
- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting a senior-level executive or high-net-worth individual.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High degree of flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience within the financial services industry.
- Familiarity with various travel booking platforms and expense management systems.
