Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Part-time Bistro Server to join our dynamic team in New Port Richey. This role is crucial for delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests during weekend lunch shifts and potentially Monday-Friday shifts as needed. The ideal candidate will have a passion for service, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced bistro setting. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and present menus upon their arrival.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, offering recommendations as appropriate.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Process payments using a POS system and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and serving stations.
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs and concerns with a positive attitude.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required.

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Basic math skills for handling payments.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work weekend lunch shifts and potentially Monday-Friday shifts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server in a bistro, restaurant, or similar food service establishment.
- Familiarity with POS systems (e.g., Toast, Square, Aloha).
- Knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
