Job Description

Electronic Arts is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Aide with a strong focus on talent sourcing to join our dynamic HR team in Downtown Nashville. In this hybrid role, you will play a crucial part in identifying, engaging, and nurturing relationships with potential candidates, helping to build diverse and talented teams across EA. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist recruiters in identifying, screening, and engaging passive candidates through various sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, job boards, professional networks, etc.).
  • Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates, articulating EA's employer value proposition and the specifics of open roles.
  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines and applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate and timely information.
  • Perform market research to understand talent landscapes and identify emerging candidate pools.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate travel arrangements as needed.
  • Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks, including preparing offer letters and onboarding materials.
  • Participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and university outreach programs.
  • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills

  • 1+ year of experience in a recruitment support, HR administrative, or talent sourcing role.
  • Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar professional networking platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Enthusiasm for the gaming industry and EA's mission.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), such as Workday, Greenhouse, or Taleo.
  • Understanding of basic HR principles and recruitment best practices.
  • Experience working in a large, global organization.
