Job Description

The Apple Retail Store in Banbury is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Apple Retail Sales Support, specifically for weekend shifts. As a Weekend Warrior, you’ll be on the front lines, helping customers explore Apple’s innovative products and ensuring their retail experience is nothing short of amazing. Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers on the sales floor, providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance with Apple products and services.
- Assist customers with product demonstrations, setup, and troubleshooting basic inquiries.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using Apple's point-of-sale systems.
- Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the store, ensuring products are displayed attractively and securely.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Apple products, services, and promotions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive store environment.
- Handle customer concerns and escalate complex issues to senior staff when necessary.
