Job Description

As a Concentrix Customer Partner, you will be the front-line voice for leading global brands, providing outstanding support and building lasting relationships. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive brand experience through various communication channels. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers professionally via phone, email, or chat to resolve inquiries and provide support.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing our clients with enthusiasm and expertise.
  • Efficiently identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Continuously learn about new products, services, and policies to enhance customer support.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
