Job Description
Are you 16 years old and looking for your first part-time job experience? Target in Pasco, WA is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team! This entry-level position is perfect for someone eager to learn the ropes of retail, gain valuable work experience, and develop new skills in a supportive environment. Full training will be provided, so no prior experience is necessary. You’ll assist customers, help maintain store appearance, and support various departments to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
- Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed.
- Assist with cashier duties, processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Support team members in various store operations as needed.
- Learn and adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially regarding safety and customer service.
- Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Required Skills
