Job Description

In this entry-level role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients’ customers, providing outstanding service and resolving inquiries with efficiency and empathy. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customer questions and issues.

  • Escalate complex issues to senior support staff or relevant departments when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through friendly and effective communication.

Required Skills
