Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Part-time Brand Ambassador to represent PepsiCo at major events throughout Sugar Land and the surrounding areas. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about our brands, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a lively, high-energy environment. You will be the face of PepsiCo, engaging directly with consumers, generating excitement, and ensuring a memorable brand experience. Key Responsibilities
- Actively engage with consumers at major events, festivals, and community gatherings to promote PepsiCo products and initiatives.
- Educate consumers about product features, benefits, and special promotions in an engaging and enthusiastic manner.
- Distribute product samples, promotional materials, and merchandise while ensuring a positive brand experience.
- Gather consumer feedback and insights, reporting relevant information back to the marketing team.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor, representing PepsiCo's values and brand image at all times.
- Set up and break down event displays, ensuring all materials are presentable and in good condition.
- Achieve daily engagement and sampling targets as set by event coordinators.
- Collaborate with event staff and other brand ambassadors to ensure seamless event execution.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outgoing, energetic, and approachable personality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong passion for consumer brands and marketing.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to various event locations within Sugar Land and nearby.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in brand ambassador roles, promotions, sales, or customer service.
- Knowledge of PepsiCo product portfolio.
- Bilingual proficiency (especially Spanish) is a plus.
- Experience with event setup and breakdown.
