Job Description
Are you a proactive and tech-savvy student looking to gain hands-on experience in the world of customer success within a leading technology company? Salesforce is seeking a Student Customer Success Associate to join our dynamic team in Pasco, WA. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to real-world projects, support customer engagements, and develop foundational skills in a supportive, innovative environment. You will work closely with experienced Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and learn how to help our customers maximize the value of their Salesforce investments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Customer Success Managers (CSMs) in preparing for customer meetings and presentations.
- Help track customer health metrics and identify potential risks or opportunities.
- Support the creation of customer-facing materials, including best practices guides and product adoption resources.
- Participate in customer calls and workshops, taking notes and contributing insights.
- Conduct research on customer industries, business processes, and Salesforce product usage.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, sales, support) to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
- Contribute to internal projects aimed at improving customer success processes and tools.
Required Skills
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program (or equivalent) in Business, Technology, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in technology and software applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) or other enterprise software.
- Experience in customer service, retail, or a similar client-facing role.
