Job Description
HubSpot is seeking a motivated and dynamic Remote Appointment Setter to join our growing team. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the US. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our sales cycle by identifying and engaging potential clients, qualifying their needs, and scheduling discovery calls for our Senior Sales Executives. As a Remote Appointment Setter, your primary goal will be to generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting activities. Key Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and social media to introduce HubSpot's solutions.
- Qualify leads by understanding their business needs, challenges, and goals.
- Successfully schedule discovery calls and demonstrations for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities and lead information in our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless hand-off of qualified leads.
- Continuously learn and stay up-to-date on HubSpot's products, services, and industry trends.
- Achieve and exceed monthly targets for qualified appointments and lead generation.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong active listening skills and the ability to ask insightful questions.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a target-driven environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage a flexible schedule effectively.
- Comfortable using CRM software and other sales enablement tools.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in an appointment setting, telemarketing, or inside sales role.
